- All items ordered from this site that are custom made to order are non-refundable. This includes but not limited to personalized items, league store items.
- All sales are final upon the start of production. If you must cancel or modify an order you need to email Info@ThirtyMarketing.com or call 860-381-5801. Once an order has entered into the production phase all sales are final and your order will be produced as specified. Due to nature of custom production we are unable to update in real time on the website the start of production for an order and you will not be notified when an order has entered into the production phase. If you must cancel or modify an order you need to email Info@ThirtyMarketing.com or call 860-381-5801 ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
- Any stock / non printed item may be returned, replaced or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if the item has not been used, worn and is still in original packaging (if packaged). Thirty Sportswear reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or replacement regardless if the above conditions are met.
- Socks are non returnable, non exchangeable, non refundable if removed from original packaging. Thirty Sportswear reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or replacement if we feel the original packaging has been altered.
- We are not responsible for the fit of items. If you have questions or concerns about the fit of an item please use the sizing guide on the product page or email Info@ThirtyMarketing.com or call 860-381-5801 or local customers are welcome to visit our showroom for more information.
- You are responsible for sizing errors input on this website and no refunds or replacements will be issued by Thirty Sportswear / Thirty Marketing. A new order must be placed with corrected sizing.

- Replacements will be allowed & accepted with-in 30 days from receiving your order if Thirty Sportswear / Thirty Marketing makes an error in production, including personalization spelling/number errors based on what was input to our website, incorrect size based on ordered size or faulty production/finished product. Please contact us with-in 30 days if any of these happen with your order.
